Ah, the wonders of Live Journal. I have created this particular Journal for adf-specific stuff. Hopefully I'll be approved in the near future. I feel, though, that I should be honest and confess that I already have a personal Live Journal, one that is five years old. Perhaps one day I'll feel comfortable in sharing it with the adf community, but for now I thought it better to keep a separate one for this. Besides, I doubt many of you will want to read the mundane junk I put on that one anyway, heh.
I was glad to have my adf membership approved on Midsummer. I feel that it is just confirmation that I have chosen the right path. It will be interesting to see how this path joins with my previous ones. I've been in the Pagan community for 8 years now. However, it's been a labyrinth of experiences. Most of my studies in the past have focused on Ceremonial Magick and Gardnerian Wicca, though really I've touched on many other areas. I chose to come to adf because of a book. A novel, actually. The novel spun the tale of the life of a druid long ago, but wow was it well researched. More importantly, it spoke to my heart. As I traveled with the druid on the page, my heart longed to travel the same path in reality. So I went to adf, whose webpages I've been familiar with for years, and I joined.
And here I am.
